Mars Hill is home to the Central Aroostook Panthers. M.S.A.D. #42 is located in the heart of Mars Hill approximately one mile from Mars Hill Mountain. Mars Hill is also located 16 miles south of Presque Isle which is home to the University of Maine Presque Isle and Northern Maine Community College.
